Here is our first feature for the new year, CHELSEY BILLS who is a Textile Designer. She attended the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) where she received her Bachelors of Fine Art focusing on Textile Design.
Chelsey currently lives and works in Milwaukee, WI where she is an Artist and Resident at Redline Milwaukee. Her collection is inspired by her extensive travel throughout the U.S. and abroad.
